Better Radiator? Empty Better Radiator?

I was in the market looking for replacement radiators for my vehicles. But when I got to the shop, the people there offered me a new kind of radiator. It's made out of aluminum, and the price difference between it and the regular one isn't much. I'm thinking of getting the regular one, but they say that the aluminum is much better. What's the difference between the two anyway?
